Vividés Ltd. (the Company) was an unlisted public company founded by four Singapore based partners in 2003. The Company entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with US-based Goldzone Corporation. Initially focused on the territory of Singapore and extended to a ten-year renewable license for the Asia Pacific region.

The Company went through a series of changes over the years and eventually was liquidated after losing a $10 million lawsuit. This resulted in more than $30 million in investor and vendor losses, affecting more than 400 people.

It is easy to play the blame game and look for scapegoats. There is plenty of blame to go around.
